Easy Snack Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 2-3 strawberries
- 1/2 pear
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil or butter
Instructions:
1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
2. While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and chop it into small pieces. Cut the strawberries and pear into small pieces as well.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little bit of olive oil or butter.
4. Crack the eggs into the pan and let them cook until the white is set but the yolk is still runny (or cook it to your desired doneness).
5. Once the eggs are cooked, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.
6. Place the toasted bread on the same plate next to the eggs.
7. Add the chopped avocado, strawberries, and pear on top of the toast.
8. Season the eggs, toast, and fruit with a pinch of salt and pepper.
9. Serve and enjoy your delicious and healthy breakfast!
