Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar - 1 tablespoon baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 1/4 cups milk - 2 large eggs - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries For the strawberry-black pepper butter: - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature - 1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon salt For the lemon curd cream: - 1/2 cup heavy cream - 1/2 cup lemon curd Instructions: 1. Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. 5.
